APPLICATION AND USE
A. DOSAGE :
Initially, use 1 litre of Boiler Water Treatment per
Ton of water. Thereafter, a volume of 50 - 60 ml
Per ton of water should be used daily.
To reach optimal results, consult the UPS Ship’s Chemical Log Book for Boiler Water Treatment on a daily basis. This will allow to observe and evaluate the test results trend in order to use the exact amount needed for the stabilization of the system.
Note that boiler water sample analyses must be conducted frequently (every 2 days), if not daily, using the UPS Alkalinity, phospahte and sulfite.
B. FEEDING PROCEDURE:
Once the dosing quantity is determined, Boiler water Treatment must be introduced to the boiler’s water, continuously, by a metering pump or by conventional ways such as metallic container, plastic pail, etc.
